What is mobile physiotherapy?

Mobile physiotherapy is a service where a qualified physiotherapist comes to your home, workplace, or care facility to provide treatment. It offers the same high-quality care you'd receive in a clinic — delivered in the comfort of your own environment.

What areas do you service?

We currently service Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and Surfcoast.  If you're unsure whether you're in our coverage zone, feel free to contact us.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed for private bookings. However, if you’re accessing care through NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, or a GP Management Plan (Medicare), a referral may be required.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your initial consultation includes:

  • A comprehensive assessment
  • Discussion of your goals and medical history
  • A personalised treatment and exercise plan
  • Hands-on therapy if appropriate

What should I wear or prepare for the session?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have any relevant medical reports, imaging, or equipment, have them ready for review.

Do you accept Medicare, or private health insurance?

Yes! We accept:

  • EPC plans (Medicare)
  • WorkCover
  • Private health insurance

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We kindly ask for at least **24 hours’ notice** for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a full fee outside of 24hour.

Do you offer group classes or workplace visits?

Yes! We provide:

  • Group exercise classes in aged care or community settings
  • Workplace assessments and manual handling training
  • Return-to-work rehab programs

  

How do I book an appointment?

We aim to contact you 1-2 business days, we can assist with same week booking. 

When do I pay for services?

For community-based services, payment is due within 7 days of your appointment, after you receive an invoice. We’ll email invoice with convenient payment options included.

Am I eligible for a rebate through private health for physiotherapy?

Coverage for physiotherapy depends on your private health insurer and your specific level of cover. Rebate amounts can vary between providers and individual policies. We recommend checking with your health fund for details on your entitlements.
